i write from italy and i need some information about costa brava:

1- do u know a website in which i can see the maps of the forbidden areas? in cabo creus is possible to practice spearfishing?
2- i got the licence 10 months ago in asturias, it is valid for catalugna?
3- what is  the temperature of the water in may-june in costa brava?

About the astuarias licence...yep it's valid here!

i thought that the temperature was higher... here in north italy today was 19 degrees (16íƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡íƒâ€ší‚°/17íƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡íƒâ€ší‚° at -16meters)

Yes! the blue zone is where you can fish! the water in north of costa brava is a litle bit more cold than in the south...
Don't forget the buoy! there are a lot of boats on the zone (the weekend it's horrible)
(yesterday the water was at 16íƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡íƒâ€š.- on surface and i was about 2h fishing with a 5mm between 15-22 m)

I have only this picture of "cap de creus" and nothing else...sorry
In cadaques are local spearfishers. Now the lubinas has gone. You can fish some of them  but int deep waters (more of 15m) in winter it's very very easy see lubinas in shallow waters.

in my country (genoa north italy),this year is very strange... in winter very few lubinas... in the last two weeks i'm fishing one lubina a day! and the water temperature is 20íƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡íƒâ€ší‚°C...

wow! here the winter was very good about lubinas....now the things are very diferent...the water is still cold but no lubinas...only few dentices, some big sargos and some meros...I hope next weeks will be better!
