Hy, friend fishers!
at first, excuse me for my bad english, but i m not able to speek spanish!
i'm from italy and i will have my holydays in spain, in asturias, near Cudillero...
just a little presentation:
30 years old, from Genoa, north italy
spearfisher since i was 13...
i partecipated in national and international competition of surfcastig fishing...
i need some information about spanish laws regarding scuba fishing:
how can i get the licence? and where i can get it in (or near cuddilero)
im not used to fish in the ocean, i m not used to swim into great waves and into strong streams... can you suggest me how to find some "tablas de marea" and can you suggest me how to use them?
.... also... can you suggest me the places easier to get with car from wich get the sea? (for me for sishing and for my girlfriend to stay on the beac?)

Well Cesare, you are well come :) Here we have a lot of asturians. For sure they help you for get license and good places for fishing.

Ciao Cesare, qui c'íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ anche qualche italiano, ma sulla zona in cui devi andare non so che dirti, dato che in Spagna finora a pesca zero. Mi sembra che esista una sezione sulla normativa e un'altra sulle localitá che períƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚² io leggo poco.
Forse Marco ti saprá illustrare meglio, il fatto íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ che a quest'ora dorme perchíƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ vive a Puertorico! Quando si sveglia di sicuro interverrá.
Bisogna che impari alla svelta lo spagnolo: approfitta per fare practice col forum.

purtroppo o mettono un freno alla pesca industriale e semi-professionale (i pensionati con 1000 ami di palamiti) oppure ci troviamo un deserto.........
io proverei anche a scrivere in spagnolo.. ma temo le figure di merda

it'd be a pleasure to meet some local fishers, i hope to meet you (so you can suggest me also some good restaurant!!).... but i urgent need to know how and when and where obtain the licence!

Cesare, i will go away on 24th August.
We have three days for a meet.
To get licence:
- DNI.(id card)
- An accident insurance or federation licence.
- A medical certificate.
- To pay tax.
You can get the licence at once in Gijón, Oviedo, Avilés, Pola de Siero... DoníƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡íƒâ€ší‚´t worry.
If you want, you can send me the documents and i will do it for you.

Cesare, now in Spain usually they don't accept foreign documents and they generaly ask for spanish insurance and Spanish medic certificate.
Perhaps with Umberto help you will be more lucky in Asturias. It's a very nice place .

Scusa Cesare, ma tu sei iscritto in italia alla Fipsas?
Se lo sei, tu sei automaticamente coperto dalla Sportass, un 'assicurazione che prevede una copertura per le tue attivitá subacquee.
Il fatto che poi la Sportass non paghi mai, e che la vera notizia sia quella che qualcuno ha ottenuto un risarcimento, íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ un'altro discorso.
A quanto mi sembra di capire, a te serve un'assicurazione per pescare in quella zona. Se íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ cosíƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¬ giá ce l'hai, ed opera anche all'estero, per cui....
Non so se sei iscritto ad ApneaMagazine.com, via Internet: nel suo forum puoi trovare spiegazioni anche piíƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¹ esaurienti.
Ps: in inglese scrivi che íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ 'na comica, ma non ti preoccupare: vedo che qui ti rispondono anche peggio! ;D ;D ;D

ero iscritto quando facevo gare di surfcasting.... a dire il vero sono iscritto ad una associazione di pescatori sportivi (dove ho la barca) e forse ho anche la tessera fipsas! (devo chiedere)
su apneamagazine ho chiesto e mi hanno spedito di qua... su larompiente.com non mi hanno ancora confermato la registrazione....

SíƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¬, ma devi controllare sulla tua tessera che il timbro stia sul logo "Attivitá subacquee". Se tu pescavi a surfcasting probabilmente lo avevi solo su quello "Acque marittime", per cui seguro nisba.
Su AM t'hanno rimandato qua perchíƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ hai chiesto senz'altro della pesca in Asturias: invece fai una ricerca digitando le parole chiave Assicurazione Fipsas e Sportass e vedrai. Tra l'altro líƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¬ c'íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ un amico che íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ residente in Arabia Saudita (F. Volpe), che magari conosci pure.
Quanto a quell'altro sito che dici, guarda, lascia perde: mi ci iscrissi pur'io a suo tempo, ma íƒÆ’í†â€™íƒâ€ší‚¨ pieno di deficienti che danno fastidio, e oltretutto lo trovo abbastanza superficiale e inconcludente.

i got the licence in aviles, i found very kind people and i got the licence in 3 hours, incredible... and very much fish!
xargos biggest than 2 kilograms... in my sea it's impossible to find such big xargos!
"pintos" incredibles..
and other big fishes (i dont know their names in spanish)... so much lubinas but not very big
asturian people is fantastic, i staid very well
i think i will return, next year
today i fished in my sea.... only one xargo of 8-900 grams... i was depressed!
